Supervisors set to reverse land exchange with Castle & Cooke

The Riverside County Board of Supervisors approved a May 8 hearing date for the potential reversal of a 2016 land exchange between the County of Riverside and Castle & Cooke Commercial-CA, Inc.

The supervisors' 5-0 vote April 10 adopts a notice of intention to return approximately 40 acres of vacant land to Castle & Cooke in exchange for vacant parcels of equal acreage while also adopting a notice of intention to convey that and other property to the Western Riverside Regional Conservation Authority.
