Teens to 'spin a yarn' at the Temecula library

TEMECULA ─ It’s time to create some groovy-chic art at the teen program “Spin A Yarn: Weaving Craft,” 7-8:30 p.m., Monday, April 23, at the Ronald H. Roberts Temecula Public Library, 30600 Pauba Road, in Temecula.

Fiber art is so “totally” retro cool. It adds texture and color to any wall and can be personalized to fit any style. Teens will learn how to create a loom and weave a wall hanging that is one-of-a-kind.

Sponsored by the Friends of the Temecula Libraries. the program is for teens in grades 7-12 and is limited to 30 participants. Advanced registration begins two weeks...
