Special AVMAC called meeting to explore Cannabis Emergency Regulation Committee findings

ANZA – The Anza Valley Municipal Advisory Committee will hold a special meeting Wednesday, April 25, beginning at 6 p.m., at the Anza Community Hall to present the findings the CERC has gathered regarding cannabis regulation in the AVMAC sphere of influence. This meeting will include a power point that will present the committees finding of this important issue.

The Agenda will be as follows:

Anza Valley Municipal Advisory Council Special Meeting Agenda

Location: Anza Community Hall, Anza California 6:00PM

I. Call to Order- Robert Giffin, President

II. Flag Salute

III. Power point presentation of Cannabis Emergency Regulation Committee (CERC) findings and recommendations for the Anza Valley Municipal Advisory Council to present to Supervisors.

A.  Public question and answer of committee and public comment, three-minute time limit.

B. Anza Valley Municipal Advisory Council discussion to vote on changes of report or acceptance of report as written.

IV. Request county to declare state of emergency within Anza Valley Municipal Advisory Council territory, as to emergency cannabis ordinance zone to resolve existing and future impacts in our community.

A. Public comment on this item, three-minute time limit.

B. Anza Valley Municipal Advisory Council discussion & vote on request/resolution.

V. Adjournment – Robert Giffin
