Planning commission approves four-story hotel and condo building for Old Town

The Temecula planning commission approved a four-story hotel and condo building during its April 18 meeting.

The Temecula planning commission approved a 71,485-square-foot, four-story hotel and condominium building for a vacant lot in Old Town.

The commission voted unanimously to approve the building Wednesday, April 18, for vacant land in the area of Mercedes and Fourth streets after a staff presentation. The building will have 70 hotel rooms on the first three floors and 17 condominiums on the fourth floor. The hotel will offer an outdoor pool, courtyard, gym, bar, business center, lounge area and space for a restaurant.
