Ramona Outdoor Play opener adds new scenes

The Arias Troubadours play traditional Mexican tunes at the Rancho Moreno hacienda during the opening night of "Ramona," the outdoor play, Saturday, April 21, in the Ramona Bowl Amphitheater in Hemet.

The "Ramona" play opened to a beautiful day and a flawless presentation, Saturday, April 21, in Hemet Ramona Bowl Amphitheater.

Actors, actresses and musicians seemed pleased as an attentive audience applauded, some even crying for the lovely Ramona and her love Alessandro, while booing for the heartless cowboy Will Farrar and his band the opening day of the "Ramona" outdoor play celebrating its 95th anniversary.
