Santa Rosa Water Reclamation Plant schedules $29.1 million in upgrades

Santa Rosa Regional Resources Authority President Andy Morris announces a $29.1 million upgrade coming to the water reclamation facility at 26266 Washington Ave. in Murrieta, during a special event at the facility, May 5.

It has been a long time in coming, but the Santa Rosa Regional Resources Authority formally announced a planned $29.1 million upgrade to its 30-year-old water reclamation plant in Murrieta that serves three regional water districts in special ceremonies Saturday, May 5.

It marks the first major project of the Santa Rosa Water Reclamation Facility at 26266 Washington Ave. in Murrieta. It is managed by SRRRA, which was established in 2015 by the Elsinore Valley Water District, Rancho California Water District and Western Municipal Water District to manage waste water from the three districts....
