Supervisors approve Harvest Valley rezone and 527-home map

The Riverside County Board of Supervisors approved a rezone for a 162.05-acre Harvest Valley property while also approving a tentative subdivision parcel map which would include 527 single-family homes.

The supervisors' 5-0 vote May 22 changes the zoning which previously had 10-acre and 20-acre minimum lot sizes to Planned Residential (R-4) zoning. The supervisors also adopted the environmental Mitigated Negative Declaration for the project.
