Val Verde Unified School District raises over $57,000 for March of Dimes

Val Verde Unified School District employees and their families participate in the Inland Empire March for Babies Walk, May 5.

PERRIS – Val Verde Unified School District raised $57,532.87 for the March of Dimes foundation this year.

Val Verde Unified began supporting March of Dimes in 2002 and has raised over $280,000 in that time. All 22 VVUSD school sites and the district office raise funds each year in a friendly competition. The 2018 champions are Triple Crown Elementary School raising $8,327.05, the district office raising $5,535.05 and Mead Valley Elementary School raising $4,742.43.
