Local voters cast their ballots in California Primaries

The Lake Riverside Estates polls open at 7 a.m. on the dot Tuesday, June 5, for the California Primary Election.

Voting was brisk at the local precincts Tuesday, June 5, for the California Primary Election.

The Anza polls were able to process 479 votes on Election Day. There were 232 regular ballots, 74 provisional ballots and 173 vote-by-mail drop-offs. Turnout was low compared to a presidential election year, but fair for a non-presidential primary, according to published reports.
