Murrieta City Council approves electric vehicle charger stations

Electric vehicle owners will soon be able to charge their cars at two city facilities in Murrieta.

The Murrieta City Council approved a proposal, June 5, from the Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee, a state agency tasked with investing in projects that support reducing pollution in Southern California, to pay for most of the cost to install publicly accessible electric vehicle charging stations at Murrieta City Hall and the Murrieta Senior Center.
