For hot summer months, head to Oak Mountain Winery's cool cave for something sparkling

The Cave at Oak Mountain Winery is a naturally cool location that maintains the temperature at 65 to 66 degrees year round. Guests can not only tour the cave, but can also visit the restaurant and tasting room inside it.

Kick off summertime and head to Oak Mountain Winery to enjoy their signature sparkling wines, entertainment and a new summer menu.

At Oak Mountain, guests can gaze out into the 50 acres of vineyards or enjoy the natural ambient temperature 104 feet underground in Temecula's only wine cave.

Vice President Valerie Andrews and her husband Steve Andrews successfully established the winery 13 years ago and continue to create a welcoming atmosphere for their guests.
