Trial for alleged stalker, arsonist reset for Aug. 30

The trial of Roger Dale Green on arson and stalking charges of a former girlfriend in Anza has been reset for Aug. 30.

Green, a Banning resident, was arrested on Aug. 8, 2017, during a traffic stop and resulted in a search of his residence and business by the Riverside County Sheriff's Hazardous Device Team and Cal Fire Law Enforcement. He was initially booked into Cois M. Byrd Detention Center in Murrieta and held on $3,000,00 bail.

Green arraigned on Aug. 10, 2017, on charges of several counts of arson, two counts of possession of fire explosive, stalking while under an active restraining order, possession of a firearm and ammunition, and two or more felony convictions. He pleaded not guilty to all charges.
