Frequency changes planned for over-the-air TV channels

LOS ANGELES – If your family has “cut the cord,” or you just live in an area that can’t get cable, you probably get your television reception with antennas.

According to the National Association of Broadcasters, big changes are coming to the frequencies associated with some of the channels they broadcast.

On Monday KJLA moved frequencies and it was the first station of many in the Los Angeles broadcast area over the next two years to do so.
