The Salvation Army hosts 'Child Spree' at Promenade Temecula

More than 200 local children from families in need spent the morning shopping for $125 worth of back-to-school clothes with volunteers at JC Penney's at the Promenade Temecula Aug. 4.

"Child Spree" was presented by the Salvation Army and supported by a variety of local businesses and organizations.

Volunteer shoppers from The Rotary Club of Murrieta, Pechanga Resort Casino, Temecula Sunrise Rotary, Old Town Temecula Rotary, DCH Auto Group, Ready to Smile, Dental Office, P.E.O. Chapter VZ, and James D Yanoschik, accompanied they children as they eagerly selected new clothing items for the c...
