Outdoor World tip: Go hiking in hot weather

This week’s tip is for those who plan on hiking in hot weather, freeze the water bottles the night before. In addition to hydration, the cold bottles held against a hiker’s skin can help cool them down.

Sunscreen is a necessity – don’t forget to apply it on the neck and ears. A floppy, wide brim hat protects the neck and ears much better than a base...
