Celeste Ducharme, vice president of self-storage development for the Rancon Group, thanks everyone for their support and hard work at the Grand Opening of Ranch RV & Self Storage, Friday, Aug. 17.

Ducharme said that the facility offers wide loading and unloading areas with easy building access and that the facility was designed to make moving quick and convenient.

"The facility is also very well lit, and the temperature-controlled units are very nice," she said. "People don't window shop for self-storage, so what we do is help people transition in a time of need."

Considering the diversity within the Rancon Group's portfolio, those transitional can be well-covered for residents.

"We can help you with escrow, purchasing a home and self-storage and then send you over to Europa Winery," Ducharme said. "It's a great package to have backed by the whole development team."

Ducharme said she is proud of how the project has come together.

"Teamwork makes the dream work," she said. "I am proud to work for such an amazing company that recognizes what the community needs and does its best to fulfill that."
