Caltrans continues work on Highways 74, 243 damaged by the Cranston Fire

Caltrans is working with the U.S. Forest Service and contractor Ames Construction to continue rehabilitation work along state Route 74 from Hemet to Lake Hemet and portions of state Route 243 to Idyllwild damaged by the Cranston Fire. The work may cause some traffic delays in the coming weeks, according to Terri Kasinga, the Caltrans chief and public media officer.
