Supervisors acknowledge need for improvements at veterans' agency

RIVERSIDE – Riverside County supervisors signed off on the county’s official response to a grand jury report that identified shortcomings in how the Department of Veterans’ Services handles customers' needs, acknowledging that there’s room for improvement.
