Schools, school expansions, new retail stores to come to growing San Jacinto

San Jacinto City Manager Rob Johnson opened a 484-page report from the city planning commission at the city council meeting Tuesday, Sept. 18, to report five new major projects have been approved in the city.

The council heard the news with great satisfaction with the city’s new development goals well underway.

Gaining approval of the San Jacinto Planning Commission were new retail centers, the Mountain View Plaza Retail Center and Estudillo Retail Plaza. The commission also approved a new River Springs Charter School for the Hemet Unified School District, the Bay Point Preparatory Charte...
