Anza Community Hall Board president proposes change to bylaws

Anza Community Hall Board President Noel Donahue is proposing a change to the group’s bylaws.

The move comes following an issue with resident Tracy Boulton, who Community Hall representatives said is attempting to exploit a loophole in the current bylaws that will give him total and sole control of the Community Hall.
