TEMECULA ─ Nothing tastes better than a cupcake decorated personally. The “Halloween Cupcake Decorating” teen program is hosting a night of frosted fun Monday, Oct. 22, 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Ronald H. Roberts Temecula Public Library, 30600 Pauba Road.

Lisa Kammert from Batter Up Bakery will instruct participants on how to decorate their cupcakes with fun Halloween flair. Whether a teen decorates cupcakes all the time or if they have never tried it before, this event is an opportunity to learn some new techniques.

Sponsored by the Friends of the Temecula Libraries, the teen program is for grades 7-12 and is limited to 20 participants. Advanced registration begins two weeks before scheduled programs and events. Register at the library reception desk or by calling (951) 693-8900.
