HS Football: Week Seven action tests two top Southwestern League teams

Murrieta Valley's Corie Johnson (8) had seven catches and a TD against Temecula Valley last week.

It's official, the "Game of the Week" from Week Seven, by far, has to be the one that took place between the Temecula Valley Golden Bears and the Murrieta Valley Nighthawks last week at Murrieta Valley High School. Temecula Valley has been reborn; they have won more league games in the past seven weeks' than they have won in the last three years combined, and now under new head coach, Bert Esposito, the Golden Bear's made a huge statement last week.
