Hundreds of partygoers at the Temecula Halloween Carnival Friday, Oct. 26, had plenty to leave them spooked with an abundance of thrills and chills designed to appease even the bravest souls.

Those attending the annual nighttime event, held at Ronald Reagan Sports Park, were invited to show up in costume and take part in the annual costume contest, which featured a wide range of characters from spine-chillingly spooky to ridiculously silly. A plethora of costumed attendees took to the stage in hopes of winning a prize for their Halloween attire.
