TEMECULA – Now that daylight savings time has come to an end and the hours filled with sunshine become more limited, it is important to remember that home energy use doesn’t have to skyrocket in the absence of the sun. Energy Upgrade California, the consumer education initiative to promote smart energy use, has some quick and easy tips to help residents stay energy efficient when the days get shorter and they are spending more time indoors.
