Family heirloom recipes are treasured for generations, such as this one for Florence Rohr's cranberry sauce.

Thanksgiving is surely a time for being thankful, but just as importantly, it is a season for feasting, football and family.

Special heirloom recipes are part of the holiday festivities, whether generations-old or newly researched, these takes on traditional Thanksgiving fare are nothing short of delicious.
