Val Verde Unified School District donates 2,000 Chromebooks to the students of Paradise

PERRIS – Val Verde Unified School District has coordinated with the Paradise Unified School District and the Butte County Office of Education to deliver 2,000 surplussed high-quality Chromebooks to the students of Paradise.

"Having a network capable device gives the students of Paradise an opportunity to seamlessly continue their education regardless of the location of their classroom. Rebuilding the schools lost in the Paradise fire will take time, we hope that these devices will help to create a space where the Paradise students can continue their quality education," Michael R.
