Protecto Insomnio with 'Tejano Nights' music heats up the Ramona Bowl

2019 Miss Hemet, Miss San Jacinto and Mrs. San Jacinto show off China Laundry purses and shoes given away to ticket holders at the by Tejano Nights performance Saturday, Dec. 8, at the Ramona Bowl Amphitheater. China Laundry was sponsor of the special event.

It was a cold night, but the rocking nonstop sounds of Protecto Insomnio's "Tejano Nights" album quickly warmed up the crowd gathered at the Ramona Bowl Amphitheater in Hemet Saturday, Dec. 8.

The latin Grammy Award nominees, ever popular in South Baja, Mexico, in their first American debut showed just how talented rock 'n' roll music is to the nation's Southern neighbors with their renditions of Santana, Selena and international favorites Mana, Intocable and Pesado.

The nine-member band rocked the bowl nonstop for nearly two hours sending spectators to dance the samba, cha-cha-cha and me...
