Gibbs honored by Murrieta City Council, new members sworn in

Two council members said goodbye to the Murrieta City Council and two new ones took their seats on the dais at the the council's Dec. 18 meeting.

Councilman Rick Gibbs, who has served on the council the past 14 years, was one of the two honored.

Riverside County County 3rd District Supervisor Chuck Washington was first to approach the microphone and presented Gibbs with a proclamation from the county.
