Home prices are up, but sales dip in Riverside County

According to CoreLogic, the median price of a Riverside County home is $395,000 in November, up from $365,000 in November 2017.

Home prices rose 8.2 percent in Riverside County in November, compared to the same month a year ago, but home sales declined year-over-year, a real estate information service announced Thursday, Dec. 27.

According to CoreLogic, the median price of a Riverside County home was $395,000 last month, up from $365,000 in November 2017. A total of 3,089 homes were sold in the county, down 6.4 percent from 3,300 during the same month the previous year.

A total of 17,170 new and resale houses and condos changed hands in Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, Ventura, San Bernardino and Orange counties...
