Supervisors approve Koll Custom Homes GPA, rezone, tract map

The discretionary actions needed for Koll Custom Homes to subdivide 51.54 Rancho California acres into eight single-family residential lots were approved by the Riverside County Board of Supervisors.

The supervisors' 5-0 vote, Jan. 29, approved a General Plan Amendment, a rezone, a tentative tract map and an environmental Mitigated Negative Declaration. The action also approves the cancellation of the contract which makes the land part of the Rancho California Agricultural Preserve.
