TEMECULA – Bluewater Grill Temecula announced their upcoming events through February, including special tastings and holiday events.

Bluewater Second Tuesday Tasting will be held Tuesday, Feb. 12, for $40, "From Europe With Love." Bluewater is going back to the countries that wrote the book on love – France and Italy – for this year's February tasting and celebration. Borrowing from the European tradition of linking romance with food, Bluewater chefs are serving special Bluewater versions of French bouillabaisse and Italian cioppino followed by a split of chocolate lava cake or Key lime pie and paired with Domain Ste. Michelle Brut or hand-selected French and Italian wines. The "From Europe with Love" tasting with wine pairing is $40, Tuesday, Feb. 12, only; same menu without Champagne and wine pairing is $40, Feb. 13-28.

National Clam Chowder Day is Monday, Feb. 25. Enjoy a free cup of Bluewater's famous housemade New England or Manhattan chowder with the purchase of a lunch or dinner entree at the regular price, a $5.50 value. A quart of either chowder is available for $7.95 for takeout only, representing a savings of $5.

National Crab Day is March 9. Bluewater's famous Maryland-style crab cakes, served with remoulade, chive oil and microgreens and typically priced at $14, are just $9.95 on National Crab Day, March 9 only – a savings of more than $4.

Bluewater Second Tuesday Tasting for March 12 is a "Taste Of Louisiana," as Bluewater chefs celebrate Mardi Gras month by pairing the restaurants' famously fresh sustainable seafood with savory flavors and hot spices from the Bayou. The popular annual tasting combines a crabcake appetizer with oysters Rockefeller and Bluewater's famous bayou gumbo paired with choice of a Sazerac cocktail, New Orleans Fizz, also known as the Ramos Gin Fizz, wine or beer. "Taste of Louisiana" with New Orleans Fizz cocktail Pairing is $40, Tuesday, March 12, only; same menu without cocktail, wine or beer pairing is $40, March 13-30.

Bluewater Grill celebrates St. Patrick's Day for March 16-17. Bluewater may not be Irish, but the restaurants have always been a St. Patrick's Day favorite – and this year extends the celebration to two days. Bluewater's High Spot IPA Beer Battered Fish & Chips, served with a pint of High Point IPA, is just $17.95 for lunch and $20.95 for dinner March 16 and 17 only – representing a savings of $6.30 and $7.30, respectively, off the menu price. The restaurant will also serve pints of Guinness for $5, Bluewater Irish coffees for $5 and corned beef and cabbage with boiled potatoes for $16.95. The specials are offered all day on a first-come, first-served basis.

National Oysters on the Half Shell Day is March 31. Bluewater serves its popular oysters on the half shell from Washington state and British Columbia for just $9.95, a savings of $5.

National Beer Day is April 7. Enjoy a pint of any High Point IPA or other beer on tap for $5 all day long.
