Ancient Greek philosopher, scientist and one of the greatest intellectual figures of Western history, Aristotle, once said, "Pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work."

There are many types of jobs, and all kinds of people who fill the everyday positions that affect people's lives. Valley News is paying homage to those who get up every day and do their job – putting "perfection in their work."

In this edition of "A job well done," we take a peek into the life of Luis Cuestas, owner of Budget Painting Pro, as he works on a kitchen remodel.

Regarding the comment I just submitted. OMG. It was in a way a 'collage', but more appropriately a 'college'. I do wish I would learn to proofread my own stuff before submitting, instead of after.

I remember well from Philosophy class in 1970 (Mrs. White, Citrus Collage) a quote from Aristotle: 'It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.' And being at that time on the Citrus College newspaper (The Citrus College Clarion, Mrs. Rawson), I took this bit of philosophy as an axiom. My work never avoided inclusion of anyone else's comments, regardless of how trite, impertinent, or incorrect I personally felt them to be.
