Watch out for scams

WASHINGTON D.C. – The January AARP Fraud Watch Network reported telephone and email fraud scams are continuing to grow and prey on Americans, particularly the growing senior population and college bound students.

This month the AARP discusses four scams that are prevalent. Those include Social Security impersonators, W-2 and tax aid scams, alleged student loan offers and most of all telephone scams.
