Hadley Thayer is all smiles at her cookie table.

Girl Scout cookies have arrived, and fans in Anza are clamoring for every flavor. Local Girl Scout Troop 1805 is already filling orders.

The season started in January and will go through April. The starting price for cookies is $4 per box, with some flavors offered at $5 a box and about $3 from each $4 box goes to the organization.

"When you make a Girl Scout cookie purchase, you're helping the next generation of girl entrepreneurs get an important taste of what it takes to be successful – teamwork, planning and a positive outlook," according to the Girl Scout website.
