Steps toward a mentally healthier you

It’s true that most people don’t give their mental health much attention unless they’re facing a serious problem. That’s too bad, because in today’s complicated world most people could stand to reduce their stress and worry and to feel better about themselves.

Think of improving mental health as similar to improving physical health. Just as exercise gets muscles in better shape, there are things to do to get feelings and attitudes into better shape.
