There are a lot of people who have bought homes in French Valley (Riverside County) who actually think they are living in Murrieta. If they think they will be represented by, or will get to vote for, a Murrieta City councilperson, they are wrong. If they think they are being protected by the Murrieta Police Department (one of the most highly effective police departments in the United States), they are wrong. And the list goes on... but who cares enough to tell them?
