3 Doors Down to headline Saturday night at TVBWF

3 Doors Down will headline Saturday, June 1 at the Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival.

WINCHESTER - The Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival announced on Thursday, March 7 that 3 Doors Down will return to perform on the main stage at the 36th edition of the festival, Temecula Valley's unofficial start to summer.

The multiplatinum-selling rock band from Mississippi will headline the main stage on Saturday, June 1. So far, the festival hasn't named headliners for Friday night or Sunday afternoon.

The band has sold 16 million albums globally, receiving three Grammy nominations, and winning two American Music Awards, and five BMI Pop Awards for songwriting including Songwriter of the Year. Their debut "The Better Life," became certified six-times RIAA platinum in 2000 and was fueled by the success of juggernaut hit "Kryptonite." "Away from the Sun" went triple-platinum and saw similar success with "When I'm Gone" and "Here Without You."

The band's sixth full-length album, "Us and the Night," debuted top 10 on the Billboard Top 200 in 2016. For more information on the band, visit http://www.3doorsdown.com.

Tickets are on sale now for the Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival which will run from May 31 to June 2 at Lake Skinner. General admission tickets range in price from $30 to $65 and tickets to food pairing, reserve seating and special event packages all vary in price.
