Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce announces the winners of the 53rd annual Awards Gala

TEMECULA – The Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce held their annual Awards Gala at Pechanga Resort Casino Saturday, Feb. 23. The premier evening event welcomed over 700 attendees and included dinner, silent auction, live entertainment and awards presentation.

The Temecula chamber awarded the following businesses, organizations and citizens: Bronze Business of the Year – Insurance All Stars Agency; Sterling Business of the Year – Pacific Barcode; Gold Business of the Year – Highgate Senior Living; Platinum Business of the Year – Pechanga Resort Casino; Ruby Organization of the Year – St Jeanne de Lestonnac School and Emerald Organization of the Year – Animal Friends of the Valleys.

The Valley Young Professional of the Year was Donna San Miguel of California State University San Marcos Temecula Campus.

Kimberly Gerrish of Michelle’s Place Cancer Resource Center was named Citizen of the Year.

Bennet R. Drake was named the chamber’s Lifetime Achievement Recipient. The chamber named Laurie Luitwieler of AltaPacific Ambassador of the Year.

The Chairman’s Choice Award went to Jackie Steed of Reliable Realty.

The Visit Temecula Valley Welty Tourism Professional of the Year was awarded to Robert Morris.
