Nine residents graduate U.S. Air Force basic military training

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas – U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Brian R. Kemble, U.S. Air Force Reserve Airman 1st Class Jamal A. Shaw, U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Josefine A. Visitacion, U.S. Air Force Airman Rahnod I. Weaver II, U.S. Air Force Airman Shaelyn J. Schneider, U.S. Air Force Airman Blane A. Moffett, U.S. Air Force Airman Timothy J. Estabillo, U.S. Air Force Airman Quinton A. Aspenson and U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class David E. Collins Jr. graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in San Antonio, Texas.

Kemble is the son of Luann M. and John R. Kemble of Murrieta, brother of Holly A. Kemble of Grand Rapids, Michigan, and grandson of John R. Kemble of Geneva, Illinois, and Julia Roberts of Murrieta.

He is a 2012 graduate of Vista Murrieta High School in Murrieta and earned a master's degree in 2018 from the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati.

Shaw is the son of Evia Shaw of Hemet and a 2009 graduate of Chaparral High School in Temecula.

Visitacion is the daughter of Alfredo and Jhonaliza Visitacion of Temecula and a 2018 graduate of Great Oak High School in Temecula.

Weaver is the son of Nisan R. Wells of Murrieta and nephew of Hadassah Saunders of Hemet. He is a 2016 graduate of Murrieta Mesa High School in Murrieta.

Schneider is the daughter of Stephen J. Schneider of Hobbs, New Mexico, Blaize P. Ramirez of Temecula and Ray A. Ramirez of Temecula and the niece of Natasha A. Menier of Virginia Beach, Virginia. She is a 2018 graduate of Salem High School in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Moffett is a 2015 graduate of Murrieta Valley High School in Murrieta.

Estabillo is a 2018 graduate of Murrieta Valley High School in Murrieta.

Aspenson is the son of Annie L. Aspenson of Temecula and a 2018 graduate of Great Oak High School in Temecula.

Collins is the son of David E. and Buffy A. Collins of Temecula and a 2017 graduate of Great Oak High School in Temecula.

The airmen completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate degree in applied science through the Community College of the Air Force.
