What pain tells you – and 3 things to do about it

OAKLAND, N.J. – Is the pain someone’s back, neck or shoulders just a momentary twinge from strain they are putting on their body or from a new exercise regimen? Or is there something deeper and more serious at work? Either way, they should ignore it at their peril.
