TEMECULA – The Temecula Valley Astronomers is a group of southwest Riverside County enthusiasts dedicated to amateur astronomy and all things cosmological. All times are in local Pacific Daylight Time for Wildomar, Murrieta and Temecula.

For April, the new moon is in Cetus at 1:50 a.m. Monday, April 5; the first quarter moon is in Gemini at 12:05 p.m. Tuesday, April 12; the full moon is in Virgo at 4:12 a.m. Tuesday, April 19, and the third quarter moon is in Capricornus at 3:18 p.m. Tuesday, April 26.
