Wildomar couple loses belongings in auto theft

A Wildomar couple preparing to move to Flagstaff lost all their belongings with the exception of the clothes on their backs, when their fully loaded U-Haul, complete with their vehicle on a trailer, was stolen out of a parking lot Friday night.

The U-Haul was stolen from a parking lot near the intersection of Yamas Drive and Prielipp Road in Wildomar sometime between 5 and 7 p.m., March 29.

Alissa Grant, along with her husband, was preparing to move to Flagstaff where she had recently accepted a job. She was supposed to begin work Monday, according to Heather Olinger, a family friend.
