Hundreds of walkers enjoyed a picturesque exhilarating serene walk around De Anza Cove in San Diego's Mission Bay Saturday, March 30, to help raise awareness for traumatic brain injuries. More than 5 million Americans suffer from traumatic brain injury daily and as a way to wrap up Brain Awareness month in March, this walk was held to help support those affected.

The clear blue sunny and fun-filled festivities began with workout music to invigorate participants whose warm-up routine featured muscle-relaxing stretches and mind stimulation exercises.
