Oak Grove's Culinary Creations makes it official

Oak Grove Center CEO Tammy Wilson readies to cut the ribbon, officially establishing the school's Culinary Creations business as part of the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce.

At the tail end of 2018, Oak Grove Center CEO Tammy Wilson and her team were scrambling to acquire the right equipment, permits and licenses in order to open a bakery sweet shop in Old Town Temecula.

Nudged in the direction by Truax Building owner, Bernie Truax, Wilson was able to cobble together the right stuff to get Culinary Creations open to the public.

Wilson, along with Oak Grove Center students, staff and board members officially joined the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce in a small ceremony Tuesday, April 2, in front of the shop.
