The Mt. San Jacinto College Department of Dance will proudly present “SJC Grooves,” an eclectic dance concert featuring student dancers and an assortment of innovative student and faculty choreographies.

The dancers will perform at 7:30 p.m. May 2, 3 and 4; and 2:30 p.m. May 5 in the San Jacinto Campus Theater (Building 1500), 1499 N. State St., San Jacinto.

In a demonstration of creative expression and self-discovery, the students from the dance production class will perform a variety of genres, including modern dance, ballet, contemporary, hip-hop and improvisational dance forms. In addition to dancing, the students have created and produced all aspects of the production from program layout to artistic direction.

Tickets are $10 for the general public; $8 for students with their SGA cards and seniors; $5 for veterans; and free for children under age 12.
