Menifee planners continue Comprehensive Development Code workshops

The Menifee Planning Commission held its second workshop reviewing the outdated Menifee Comprehensive Development Code in the old City Hall Wednesday, April 10, continuing discussions to make the code more "user friendly" for developers and residents.

The city when it incorporated in 2008 found itself bound by many planned housing and commercial developments already approved by Riverside County and created its own city development code including many of the previous county building and land use codes even when conflicting with the new city development code.
