Menifee police Chief Pat Walsh receives award from Santa Barbara County District Attorney Joyce Dudley, recognizing his former service to the community of Lompoc and his commitment to victims' rights.

MENIFEE – During a media event commemorating National Crime Victims' Rights Week, April 12, the Santa Barbara County District Attorney's Office recognized former Lompoc police chief and current Menifee police chief, Pat Walsh, for his commitment to the community of Lompoc and his outstanding services to the victims of crime.

Walsh was appointed by Menifee City Manager Armando G. Villa as the first chief of police for the city April 2. Walsh was chosen out of 49 qualified applicants due to his dedication throughout his 35 years as a law enforcement leader. Walsh will lead the formation of...
