Blaze damages Menifee residential property

MENIFEE - A fire that erupted on Tuesday, May 28 in a Menifee house damaged several rooms before it was knocked down.

The non-injury blaze was reported about 11 a.m. in the 31000 block of Three Oaks Drive, near Charmaine Place, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.

Multiple engine crews were sent to the location and encountered smoke billowing out the front side.

All of the occupants evacuated safely, according to reports from the scene.

The flames were isolated to the interior of the structure and did not impact neighboring properties. Firefighters contained the blaze at 11:25 a.m., according to the fire department.

The cause was under investigation.
