A fundraiser for the family of Lily Kelly Harrison, 15, has been established on GoFundMe. Harrison was killed in a two-car collision in unincorporated Temecula on Saturday, June 1.

MURRIETA - The extended family of Murrieta teenager Lily Kelly Harrison, 15, who died Saturday, June 1 as a result of a crash involving a man who police said was under the influence at the time of the crash, has started a GoFundMe fundraising account to help the family deal with expenses.

Harrison was a student at Calvary Murrieta High School where friends, family and the community gathered - more than 700 strong - to honor her life with a service and candlelight vigil on Monday, June 3.

During the service, Harrison's mother, Faith, told the crowd, "Lily would want nothing more through this than for everyone to seek Jesus. She loved our Savior so deeply, if you would do me the tiniest favor, and speak so simply to our Creator, and ask Him to reveal Himself through this tragedy to you and each and everyone that learns of it, I would be so grateful."

So far, the fundraiser has raised more than $15,000 of the $20,000 goal.
