2018 Lil' Miss Anza winner Marcy Budrovic shyly answers the questions asked by the judges during the 2018 Miss Anza Competition.

It's not too late to participate in the annual Miss Anza Days Contest scheduled for Saturday, June 22, in the gazebo in Minor Park beginning at 6 p.m. The Anza Days committe is still accepting applicants for the popular contest held every year the week before Anza Days.

Entries will be accepted up until the start of the event, but early entries are appreciated.

The event, open to girls and women of all ages from newborn to adult, features the 87th annual Anza Days theme of Mardi Gras, so participants should dress accordingly, said Lion President & Anza Days Chairman, Lion Mimi Brown.

Winners will be crowned in a variety of categories and all winners will ride in the annual Anza Days parade Saturday, June 29.

To enter send name and age to [email protected] or call or text Brown at (760) 637-9173.
